





The Electric Screw Fastening Robot is designed for small parts assembly, handling screws from M2 to M6. It ensures efficient and precise fastening, ideal for automated production lines to improve assembly accuracy and productivity.
The machine consists of:
– A working table.
– A fixed frame/
– Two sliding platforms, each with a holder (fixture)
for workpieces. These platforms can move back and
forward along Y axis.
– 1 servomotor screw driver, which rotate screw
driver bits and can move right and left along the X
axis.
– 1 screw driver bit, which can move up and down
along the Z axis, rotating at the same time.
– Motion devices, which can drive the abovementioned parts along X/Y/Z axis.
– An automatic screw feed device.
– Data input sensors.
– A control system.
– A handheld programmer console.
